Unanswered Questions for Pro-Gay “Christians”

To the liberal theologian or member of a liberal pro-homosexual church, the following questions are asked for clarification of the homosexist “theological” worldview:

Q1 - Is God indifferent to sexual activity outside the bonds of marriage?

Q2 - Is God indifferent to sexual experimentation to confirm one’s sexual orientation?

Q3 - Is God indifferent to the anatomically adapted sexual techniques for same-sex intimacy?

Q4 - Given the significant negative ecological consequences of sodomy, what does homosexist theology say about this act?

Q5 - Is God in favour of bisexual marriage?  If not, what is the status of religious members with a bisexual orientation, who wish to enter longer-term intimate relationships?   And what of bisexuals who do not want long-term relationships?

Q6 - Is it a sin to wish or attempt to change one’s “God-given” sexual orientation?  Where does reorientation therapy fit in to homosexist theology?

Q7 - Do you believe ex-gays and ex-lesbians are telling the truth when they witness that acceptance of the lordship (and grace) of Jesus Christ redeemed them from years of homosexuality?  What is the theological message in successful reorientation?

Q8 - What guidance in homosexist theology demarcates righteous sexual practices from the sinful?  Or stated another way, what is God not indifferent about in sexual relations?

Q9 - Who are the modern day equivalent to the people described in Genesis 19:5; Leviticus 18:22, 20:13; Deuteronomy 22:5; Judges 19:22,23; Romans 1:27; 1 Corinthians 6:9; 2 Peter 2:10; Jude 1:8?

Q10 - Can anyone be separated from God in the homosexist theological worldview?  If so, how and on what basis?

Q11 - How do you explain the unity of position between your liberal, homosexist “Christian” theology and the ideological positions of some of the most rabid anti-Christian elements in society – humanists, Rev. Dr. John Shelby Spong, feminists and free sex advocates?

Q12 - In the homosexist worldview, what would be the theological position on cloning humans?  On rights to procreative technologies to overcome inert unions?

Q13 - In theory, if “pro-gay theology” is not declaring a reimaged and indifferent Jesus Christ, then it is rational to conclude that the advent of sanctified same-sex marriage relegates all non-marital sexual activity (for the homosexual) to willful sin.   To apply a different sexual conduct code to the homosexual than to the heterosexual would be discrimination, indeed, a human rights violation.  The pragmatic alternatives appear to be: (1) release the heterosexual from the traditional Christian sexual moral code to now follow the free sex ethos of homosexual culture; or (2) condemn as living an unrighteous lifestyle, no less than 97 per cent of the homosexual community (those likely to reject the sanctity of same-sex marriage).  What is the theological status of homosexuals who are engaging in sexual relations but are unmarried?

Q14 - What theological guidance would you give to the young waverer (boy or girl who can go either way) to show the righteous path to follow?  How is he (or she) to confirm his rightful orientation?

Q15 - What counsel would you give to a man or woman seeking deliverance from homosexual attraction and from a marriage covenant with a same-sex spouse?

Q16 – If two biological brothers (or sisters) had same-sex attractions to each other, would homosexist theology differentiate this attraction as less righteous than traditional homosexual relations?

Q17 - What is the status of Christians, who proclaim a heterosexist worldview? Are they deceived?  Are they spiritually blind?   Should they repentant for their apparent "bigotry"?  What is God to do with the orthodox believer?
